I build with hybrid AI on two local Asus GX10s in my home lab and I’m starting Fenrix AI, a one-person company where AI agents help build, launch and scale content, apps and games.

Before this, I spent years developing games and managing large IT projects, and before that, I occasionally photographed my travels and life in Singapore.

Everything runs locally, on two machines on my desk. No cloud bills, no rate limits, and the data never leaves the room.
